我喜欢这个菜，很下饭，我做的时候喜欢方一些辣一点的辣椒，再加一点生抽，这样更好吃一些！

大大的图片好像是挂啦，如果可以对话还请大大检查一下哦！这道菜的关键就是如何把肉丝炒得很嫩，大大介绍的肉丝腌制方法是值得去尝试一下的，另外就是在炒肉丝的时候可以适当的多放点油，等又闻到六成的时候就是把手放在锅子上放半尺的距离能感觉到有热度的时候下肉丝，然后迅速地划散肉丝只要一变色就马上捞出，锅子里留点底油下青椒略加翻炒再下肉丝，快速翻炒并调味后就可以起锅，这道菜虽是家常菜但是青椒清脆爽口肉丝鲜嫩味美，非常的好吃而且非常的好做，谢谢大大的美食！

滑肉的时候稍加一点生抽，这样菜的成色就好看了。

肉丝加上点嫩肉粉那么肉就会更加的嫩爽滑而且油温要高！

加什么嫩肉粉啊，肉丝用点料酒，生抽，水豆粉拌匀，肉丝炒一下后，把肉丝刨到一边，加甜面酱炒匀后在和肉丝，青椒丝一期炒，不信你们有空试试这种炒法。
